About Us
WHAT WE DO
Grace Court is a not-for-profit seniors residence in Downtown Brampton that opened in 1983. Our 65 apartments are affordable with a mix of market and rent-geared-to-income rental units. The Region of Peel subsidizes the rent for 42 units.

To provide safe, secure and affordable housing for seniors that promotes community spirit.

A Brampton where seniors have a decent place to live.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES

to maintain the building in prime operating condition which meets or exceeds Regional and provincial regulations.

to ensure the Corporation has sound business and financial strategy.

to promote health and safety with regards to both the building and the residents

to provide common elements throughout the building that encourages social interaction among the residents.
