GRACE Inc. was created over 40 years ago to provide affordable housing for seniors. In 1983, GRACE Inc. opened Grace Court in Downtown Brampton to our first Brampton seniors. 40 years later we are restoring the Grace Court apartments and furthering our mission by providing safe and stable housing for low-income seniors.

Without these apartments, many neighborhood seniors would be priced out of the community they grew up in or have come to call “home.” We must ensure our neighbors have a safe and stable place to live in their later years.

We need to raise $4.4 million to fully fund our renovations.  We are working with all levels of government to obtain funding but we also need community support. Our goal is to raise $700,000 from individual donors like you. Will you help us?

Our immediate need is to replace the 65 apartment unit balconies.
